Harness
The tested toolkit, productised.
Harness is the product name for the toolkit behind the work. Four modules, three ways to use it, one standard. Use it as it is, adapt it, or bring your own.
Modules
Four modules, one evidence trail.
Research and decision engine
Runs the evidence, the verification, and the decision record. Every claim carries a locator; every conclusion carries a kill criterion.
Use it for Decide work, or adapt the templates to your own research process.
Delivery framework
Plan, build, test, and ship the workflow with an audit trail. Frame, Sprint, Production, and Transfer are the same loop your team learns.
Use it as the delivery spine, or bring your own and keep the evidence trail.
Governance framework
Identity, approved data, logging, and the controls for each risk tier. The control is shown as an artefact, not a claim.
Use it as the baseline, or map it to your risk function's framework.
Managed containerized sandbox
The environment your team and the agents share. Isolated, logged, and reviewed before the first job, with an exit plan.
Use it managed, run it in your VPC, or bring your own environment.
Editions
Three ways to use it.
The modules are the same. What changes is who runs them and which controls apply.
Managed
We run Harness for you. The sandbox, the modules, the updates, and the evidence trail are maintained by our team.
A first project, or a team without a platform group.
Adapted
Your data, priors, evaluations, and risk framework replace the defaults. Harness runs in your environment, with your controls.
A firm with its own stack and a risk function that wants its own framework.
Bring your own
You keep your stack. We run the method on it and leave the evidence trail, the roles, and the runbooks behind.
A team that has already invested in tooling.
No published price. The commercial shape is agreed per engagement, after Frame.
Delivery
A small senior team.
The core team is senior and does the work. Delivery capacity is added per project, under the same controls and the same evidence trail.
We start with one decision or workflow. The toolkit is the product; the work is yours.

Bring one decision or workflow.
A short sprint, a working prototype, and a method your team can run next. If the goals are not defined yet, start with strategy.
